The more affordable shipping option is sent through Canada post. Due to the recent Canada Post statuses, there is a chance of running into delays that are out of my control. This option is untracked and un-insured. Order at your own risk.

I also offer a tracked/insured option. These shipping prices are to cover the highest potential price using other shipping carriers. I ship with either Sendle, UPS, Purolator, Fedex or Canpar. Yes, I now honor tax exemption for status card holders from Indian Affairs. Folks who are getting items delivered on rez are eligible, as well as purchases made directly on a rez. Please contact me to touch base, just for the first time. We will find an arrangement and I will be happy to work with you.

I accept returns if you receive a defected item. A form must be submitted within 7 days of package arrival. A replacement will be offered, unless the item is one of a kind, in which case a refund will be offered.

Unfortunately, I cannot. Please take care of your items as best as you can, as I don’t offer open commissions regularly, nor do I keep every earring finding or bead style in stock. A lot of my items are one of a kind for a reason. You’ll be the only one rocking that jewelry piece!
