I accept returns if you receive a defected item. A form must be submitted within 7 days of package arrival. Photos will be required. A replacement will be offered, unless the item is one of a kind, in which case a refund will be offered.

Unfortunately, most times I cannot replace items. Please take care of your items as best as you can, as I don’t offer open commissions regularly, nor do I keep every earring finding or bead style in stock. Some items are readily available in larger quantities, which won’t be a problem to buy a replacement. A lot of my items are one of a kind for a reason though. You’ll be the only one rocking that jewelry piece!
